Interparfums Acquires Off-White’s Fragrance and Cosmetic Trademarks

Interparfums has announced the acquisition of all Off-White brand names and registered trademarks related to fragrance and cosmetic products through its French subsidiary. This acquisition is subject to an existing license agreement, which will remain in effect until December 31, 2025. After this date, Interparfums will assume full commercial control over the Off-White fragrance line.

The two companies have committed to building a long-term partnership, focusing on collaborative strategies, new product launches, and market initiatives in the luxury sector.

Jean Madar, Chairman & CEO of Interparfums, expressed excitement over the acquisition, highlighting Off-White’s fusion of streetwear and luxury as a unique selling point. He also noted the creative legacy of the late Virgil Abloh, calling the brand a “tremendous opportunity” to further expand its fragrance offerings in the luxury market.
