Stratasys Partners with Baralan to Revolutionize Cosmetic Packaging with 3D Printing

(NASDAQ: SSYS) has announced a strategic collaboration with Baralan, a leader in primary packaging for the cosmetics industry, to explore new creative possibilities in cosmetic packaging through Stratasys’ advanced PolyJet™ 3D printing technology. This partnership will enable Baralan to produce end-use parts on glass and plastic containers, offering high-end cosmetic brands customizable, fully decorated packaging that supports both personalization and low-volume production.

By leveraging PolyJet technology, Baralan is able to create intricate, multi-color, multi-effect designs directly on bottles and containers, breaking free from traditional manufacturing limitations. This innovative approach allows cosmetic brands to craft visually striking, brand-specific packaging that resonates with consumers while reducing waste and enabling cost-effective customization.
