Divi Scalp & Hair Health has announced it has secured a minority investment from Norwest Venture Partners. Co-founders Dani Austin and Jordan Joseph Ramirez will remain actively involved as the brand enters its next growth phase, aiming to become a household name.
As part of the deal, Sonya Brown, General Partner and Co-Head of Norwest’s Growth Equity team, will join Divi’s Board of Directors.
The funding will support Divi’s plans for international expansion, as well as drive growth in key U.S. metro areas. The investment will also strengthen the brand’s existing partnerships with major retailers, including Ulta Beauty, Target, and Amazon.
